HOW TO ORDER

2. Order by mail:
If you prefer to mail, fax or phone us, please
1--Fill out our Order
Form
2--Please check to see that everything is correct.
3--Press the "PRINT" button
on your browser toolbar. Your printed order
form may then be mailed, faxed, or phoned to soul Connections..
4--Mail in your order form with your personal check, money order or credit
card number. International orders: payment by Credit Card, International
Bank Check
or Money Order in U.S. funds only. If your order is shipped to a California
address, please add 7.25% of the subtotal for sales tax.

If you prefer to order by phone, our office hours are generally between
10:00 am-6:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Saturday and
12:00 - 5:00 on
Sunday.
Our
voicemail
can
easily take your phone orders in the event we are not available to take
your call.

With any order method, please include your daytime phone number so that
we can contact you should there be a question about your order. We do
not share this
information with anyone.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept payment through all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover), bank credit/debit card or
check.
INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS ORDERS:
We invite international orders. We ship by Global Priority Mail which
generally takes only 4-10 days. We try to keep shipping costs as low
as possible. Please
e-mail for quote on shipping cost.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER
We pride ourselves on getting your orders shipped to you as quickly
as possible. We try to get orders out by the next business day or within
a few days. Shipment
time on large orders or custom orders will vary.
GIFT CARDS
If your purchase is for a gift, we will be happy to include
a Soul Connections gift card with your message at no charge.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
We make certain our merchandise is sent in good condition and with adequate
packing. Should damage occur in shipping, please contact us immediately
for information
on returns and replacement. Thank you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you can do so within
10 days. Please package the return in a sturdy box rather than an envelope
to avoid any
shipping damages. Indicate whether you would like an exchange, refund
or credit toward a future purchase, and your reason for returning your
purchase. We value
your comments. Include your invoice number, name, address and daytime
phone number and/or email address. If we made an error on your order,
we will gladly refund
your shipping costs. Please return to address above.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Your customer information is used only to insure that your order is processed
to your satisfaction. We never share, sell, or give out any customer
information.
