| We usually send packages US Priority Mail and insure them. Packages over $50 will require a signature. Please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival. Sometimes your order may be sent in multiple boxes. We will e-mail you if your item requires back ordering. If an item arrives damaged, you must call us immediately and save the original box. Should you be unsatisfied with an item you may return it within 30 days for a refund minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Items returned must be unopened (if they are shrink-wrapped, etc.) and unused. Sorry but Special Sale items, earrings, and personalized items are not returnable. | Please add Shipping to all orders. Please use our Freight Table to calculate your charges . Some very large or heavy items need additional shipping charges which are stated. Items being shipped to California must pay state sales tax of 7.25%. International orders must be paid in US Dollars and assume all duty and/or customs fees.
